About the ATC
Arthur T. Cummings Elementary School is a public school in Winthrop, MA, serving students in grades 3-5. It opened in 2004, replacing the N. Elliot Willis School and is named after a former principal, resident, and building committee chair. We currently serve 467 students.
Mission Statement:
The mission is to "educate, prepare and inspire all students to achieve their full potential as lifelong learners, thinkers and productive contributors to our global society".
